Mercedes‑Benz Flexible Lease Program ("Program") is available only to qualified customers through Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services at participating authorized Mercedes‑Benz dealers for a limited time only. Subject to credit approval. Not everyone will qualify. Advertised 24 months lease with 12,000 miles per year applies to select 2019 A‑Class model vehicles only. The Program will include Mercedes‑Benz Flexible Lease Program Wheel and Tire Protection product and Mercedes‑Benz Premier Prepaid Maintenance product. Limited number of vehicles available, and specific vehicles are subject to availability and may have to be ordered. Flexible turn‑in option applies after 12 months of lease term and is subject to customer's finance or lease of a new Mercedes‑Benz vehicle through Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services at time of turn‑in. Customers are not pre‑approved for subsequent vehicle and are subject to MBFS credit approval. Customers remain responsible for all other amounts due on the current lease, including but not limited to, past due amounts, excess mileage, excess wear and use charges, and other fees. Customers will be required to pay a refundable reservation fee to reserve a vehicle and participate in the Program. If approved, the reservation fee will be applied as a credit towards the first month's lease payment. Customer can also choose to apply the reservation fee to the lease or purchase of a Mercedes‑Benz vehicle that is not subject to this Program. Alternatively, the reservation fee will be refunded if customer does not qualify for credit through Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services, if customer does not sign the lease agreement under the Program for any reason, or if vehicles are no longer available under the Program. Trade‑in vehicles, down payments, and special programs are not permitted in connection with this Program. Certain exclusions apply. See participating dealer for details.
